The founder spent years running service calls for a big franchise outfit and hated what the hourly meter did to people. So it started: one used van, a stack of flat-rate cards, and knocking on doors until the phone rang on its own.
The promise hasn't moved since. A real price in writing before the work starts, a tested and tidy finish after it, and a phone that gets answered by someone whose name is on the truck.
Most of the work still comes the same way it did in year one, from neighbors telling neighbors. That only happens when the last job was done right, so that stays the whole business plan.
